Return & Refund Policy

At KiperAid, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations for your next adventure, we are here to help. By purchasing from KiperAid, you agree to the following return and refund terms.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "Brand New" condition:

Unused & Clean: No signs of trail wear, dirt, or outdoor use.

Original Packaging: Must include all original boxes, internal foam, accessory bags, and protective films.

Complete: All tags, manuals, cables, and complimentary accessories must be included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at kiper-team@kiperaid.com.

Approval: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted and may be discarded.

Return Label: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.

Return Address: Please ship authorized returns to: Building 72, Tenglong Garden, Longhua Subdistrict, Shenzhen 518110, P.R.China.
3. Damages and Issues (48-Hour Inspection)
Please inspect your gear immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item (e.g., wrong capacity power station), contact us at kiper-team@kiperaid.com within 48 hours.
- Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damage and the shipping label.
- We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Used Outdoor Gear: Any item that has been used in the field, washed, or altered.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Portable camp showers, towels, or personal care products (if the seal is broken).

Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns on flammable liquids, gases, or certain high-capacity lithium batteries that have been modified or damaged by the user.

Custom/Special Orders: Personalized gear or bulk custom orders.

Final Sale: Items marked as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or Gift Cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the gear you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the "Brand New" condition requirements mentioned in Section 1.
7. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing: Please note that banks and credit card companies often take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the funds, please contact us at kiper-team@kiperaid.com.
8. Battery Return Safety Notice
When returning Portable Power Stations or items containing Lithium-ion batteries:
- You must use the original UN-rated shipping box and protective materials to prevent fire hazards during transit.
- If the battery is swollen, leaking, or severely damaged, DO NOT SHIP. Contact our support team immediately for specialized disposal/replacement instructions.
