The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided by third parties. We do not monitor or have control over third-party materials. Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

KiperAid is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with KiperAid. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and KiperAid.

SECTION 10 & 11 - PRIVACY AND FEEDBACK

Personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. When you submit Feedback, you grant KiperAid a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such Feedback in any medium.

SECTION 12, 13 & 14 - ERRORS, PROHIBITED USES AND AGENTS

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information. The Services are for lawful use only. If you allow or deploy an Agent to access our services, it must identify itself clearly and operate in accordance with our Agent Terms (Section 14) without circumventing security or verification measures.
